Registration terms
Clear before payment.
- 01
Register by 18 September 2026 at 23:59 (Lisbon time), subject to available places.
- 02
€25 per player, including a meal and drink.
- 03
If space is available, the pair receives immediate confirmation and the place is reserved. Registration is completed when the €25 per-player payment is recorded.
- 04
Payment of €25 per player must be completed by 18 September 2026 at 23:59 (Lisbon time). We will email payment instructions; if you have not received them, contact ola@perupadel.pt before the deadline.
- 05
Cancel by 11 September at 23:59 for a full refund. After that deadline there is no refund for withdrawal or no-show.
- 06
Substitutions may be requested until 16 September at 23:59, subject to category eligibility and organiser approval.
- 07
If a category is merged, the pair has 24 hours to accept the change or request a full refund. If Peru Padel cancels a category, the refund is full.
- 08
If rain or court availability affects play, the organiser may shorten scoring or reschedule. If the paid category cannot be delivered, a full or proportionate refund will be provided for the undelivered service.

Controlled capacity
Entries are accepted into the available places in each category. When a category fills, the pair remains on the waitlist.

Place and payment
If space is available, the pair is accepted immediately. Payment of €25 per player must be completed by 18 September 2026 at 23:59 (Lisbon time). We will email payment instructions; if you have not received them, contact ola@perupadel.pt before the deadline.
